Sprouted Coffee® began over 12 years ago when we were deep into healthy eating and lifestyle changes. We loved coffee, but not the headaches, shakes, stomach discomfort, or crash that often came with it.
Instead of giving it up, we started rethinking coffee from the inside out. What if the bean could be activated before roasting? What if coffee could feel smoother, cleaner, and better?
That question became our process — sprouting, washing, drying, and roasting coffee in a way that creates a different kind of cup.
